Whether you’re recovering after an ACL repair, managing chronic back pain, or simply improving athletic performance, our expert team of physical therapists will be by your side every step of the way.

What to Expect During Your Physical Therapy Sessions

Your first visit with one of our physical therapists will include a comprehensive evaluation, during which we will review your symptoms, medical history, and current physical function. We’ll assess your posture, range of motion, balance and strength to develop a care plan that supports your goals and helps you recover as fast as possible.

Common physical therapy treatment options include:

  • Aquatic therapy
  • At-home exercise education
  • Balance and gait training
  • Electrical stimulation (TENS), ultrasound, and other modalities
  • Manual therapy
  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Therapeutic exercises
  • Traction

Our team works closely with your orthopedic surgeon or primary care provider to ensure coordinated, effective care from your first appointment to recovery.
